As Sr. Project Controls Manager I provided management oversight and support to a team contractor specialist providing project controls supplemental services to the to the USACE Jacksonville District’s project management staff.

·               Daily operations and maintenance USACE and SFWMD co-managed P3e database residing in the South Florida Water Management District Office, West Palm Beach, Florida.

 

·               Project Controls Manager leading the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and protocols for the daily operations and use of the USACE and SFWMD project control systems.
